My Background
I have been a nurse for over 30 years. I am married with four grown, successful children. I also have four grandbabies, including a set of twins! I have a passion for helping kids and their parents. Most of my nursing experience is in the relm of pediatric nursing. I worked at the University of Missouri prior to moving to Florida in 2016. While working at University I was also supervisor of Urgent Care and The Adolescent Unit at Children's Hospital. I am dedicated to the success of our young people by helping them navigate through challenging times and even life in general. My empathetic nature and unwavering dedication is what lead me to pediatric nursing and life coaching for kids. With my vast knowledge base in the healtcare field I can offer comprehensive guidance to individuals seeking transformation and growth. I approach each client with an individual plan that is driven by their own strengths. I will work with you on the location for our sessions. I find in-person sessions most effective.

No matter what you are facing I can help you navigate your unique challenges. I will engage you in activities that bring out the best in you and help you cultivate a more positive mindset. I can help you break down big goals into smaller, manageable steps. Life coaching teaches you how to overcome hurdles and bounce back from setbacks. Life coaching can also help build your self-confidence and improve self-esteem. Many of the strategies that you discover in life coaching will last you a lifetime. You will be your own success and facilitate your best coarse of action.
For Parents
Life coaching is such a valuable tool for you and your child. Our young people are faced with a different set of challenges. Empowerment and validation are two of the best tools I utilize in my sessions. I help to build confidence, develop resilence, assist with positve communication, and enhance positive traits. Skills learned in life coaching will resinate for a lifetime and enhance your child's success. Life coaching can provide you and your household with a more harmonious and fulfilling family life. I will attempt to give your child tools to improve communication to be more positive. Thank you for a chance to coach your child.
